non-commercial use, and are not to be distributed in part or total in any form.

The only copy you may make is a working copy, to cut apart or mark while working on a project.

Permission may be granted for you to use designs to make items for sale, providing each item is hand made by the seller, or if  proceeds of sale will be donated to charity, but please ask.

Permission is usually granted for shops and independent tutors to teach classes and workshops based on the patterns, but each student must have their own purchased copy of the pattern, either purchased independently  or in bulk by the shop or tutor. Bulk rates may be available to approved shops and tutors.

Permission may be granted for shops and individuals to prepare packs but a complete purchased copy of the pattern must be included as part of the kit. Bulk rates may apply.

Always remember that if you are not using original copies of books, patterns or any other item protected by copyright you are taking away income from the copyright owner, and you are placing yourself at risk of prosecution.

Providing the copyrighted material is complete you may lend it, or give it away, but you must not own a copy unless you also posses the original. You are not permitted to copy it for someone else, or allow it to be copied.

It is important to remember that buying a copyrighted item does not buy

any of the rights granted to the copyright owner of that work.
